Every year at the height of our peak season, our Company dedicates one afternoon to recognize and celebrate the contributions of our remarkable team members. This year we held the celebration at Lake Temescal in Oakland and decided to introduce a little twist. This year we included an educational component and set up four stations, each lead by one of our Managers, to review the following topics:

• Our Paid Time Off (PTO) program
• Our Company matching retirement plan
• Understanding your paycheck
• Opening a bank account

Employees earned raffle tickets for each station they visited. After everyone finished eating lunch, we raffled off a combination of gift cards and cash prizes. 

Over the course of the afternoon, employees learned more about our company benefits offerings and where to go and who to speak with to take important next steps. The event and tranquil setting provided all team members a venue to engage with one another on a personal level.
